The Beginning

I’ve been indiscriminately eating steak as long as I can remember – be it pan fried, grilled, on the barbeque, but it wasn’t until I was 17 that it really became something more than just a daily task linked to my survival. It was when I was somewhere in England with my family, when and my uncle ( a man of finer things) introduced me to foie gras, whisky and what it means to eat a proper steak along with how it should be cooked and never eaten past medium rare.

It was there, somewhere near Middleborough, my love for steak came to life and since that day I’ve been eating steak everywhere I go, trying to find the holy grail of all steaks.

These are my stories.
