Get there as soon as it opens, or call ahead 3 hours, the place gets jam-packed. In this instance I was glad I came alone. After only 20 minutes I was able to get a seat at the bar.
I ordered the single (which is actually a double) cheeseburger with their slab like bacon. The burger came with cheese, onion, mayo like mustard, pickles and bacon.
It was beastly. A very different burger to what I had expected; it definitely needed ketchup; I know some people are against it but the mustard/mayo was very heavy and yolky and really needed a ketchup like tang. The meat and bun were fantastic, the bacon in my opinion was a little overpowering but the gentleman next to me loved it. (Blurry I know)
